Pros
The commission structure can be great, assuming the calls are relevant. It's remote work, so that's a plus.
Cons
I've been with the company for 8 months & they don't explain that the calls you receive are people calling to pay off collections- Not to receive credit repair. You have to then convince the caller - not to pay their collection/debt but to instead invest in a credit repair plan. Which in most cases doesn't even work. The marketing is inconsistent & u might get a caller that's calling for something completely unrelated - like buying tires ( actually happened to me not even joking ) . I've had weeks where my check was $3k pretax & others where i didn't even hit the commission threshold ( which is $4k in total sales revenue , otherwise you only get base pay ). & to top it off , they fired me without reason or any potential chance of redemption. i tried to login one morning & my credentials wouldn't work , i was signed out of everything & couldn't even reach my manager. I then noticed i received a termination email LESS THAN 45 MINUTES BEFORE MY SHIFT STARTED & IT DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A REASON WHY. I called customer service , which is technically only for servicing clients / customers ( since we aren't allowed to have our managers numbers ) . they told me they sent a message to my manager & to HR , but days later & i never received a response. HORRIBLE COMPANY , EVEN WORSE EMPLOYER , STAY FARRRR AWAY FROM CREDIT GLORY
