Great Relaxed Company. - Supervisor Credit Glory Employee Review

One of the best things here by far is how relaxed everything is. From my time in Cs through to becoming a supervisor there has never been an instance where I felt as though i was being observed or micro managed. Managers and Team Leads are very approachable and are eager to help the reps out. The initial training is robust but very manageable and easily gives new reps more than enough information to be able to help clients out and again if there is something they don't know the Team Leads are always there to assist.
