The commission structure is not the best. You really don't get much from it unless you sell a lot of programs. The program set up isn't ideal for selling as it can fit wide ranges of people so it can be needlessly expensive. A lot of times you talk to highly upset people because the inbound lead system sucks and people end up waiting weeks to talk to someone thinking they are going to get a call right back.
