Pros
The opportunity to work at one of the largest companies in the growing and dynamic world of healthcare staffing.
Cons
This once esteemed organization has since lost its identity in recent years. A tremendous disconnect exists between leadership and the rest of the business, resulting in a state of chaos, failed initiatives, and finger-pointing with selective accountability. Attempts have been made to stimulate the company culture, however they fall short due to a lack of authenticity and the detachment of leadership. Morale is deteriorating and employees are left to operate in an environment of fear, intimidation and bureaucracy. In regard to employee relations, company policies are not followed in a fair and consistent manner. The root cause of most organizational issues stems from the upper management who fail to act as stewards of company culture and values, frequently neglecting to advocate on behalf of the best interest of their own teams. A small and deeply-connected inner circle of these individuals exists within the organization, offering countless examples of unfair treatment of employees while privilege is extended to others.
