Pros

Decent training, “clubs” for culture

Cons

STAY AWAY!!!!!! They don’t pay The management is AWFUL, controlling and cruel They had a company wide meeting to yell and curse out every employee for not staying late They tell you the hours are 9-6, but they expect you to work until 9pm or you get talked to. They clock your clicks, so if god forbid you need a bowel movement, and it takes more than 5 minutes, you will absolutely get yelled at Controlling The directors will treat you worse than gum on the bottom of their shoe They fake like they care about people with cute little clubs and “culture” but you’re watched like a hawk. I got fired for going to the bathroom too much, even though I was successfully hitting my goals. I “can only step away 2x a day for 10 minutes and once for lunch”. So if god forbid you have to walk a dog or go to the bathroom, you will be yelled at. This place is like a concentration camp. They also rob the hell out of the recruiters. The compliance department is garbage There’s too many hands in the pot. They hire at volume and fire at volume. They do not care about you whatsoever.

Pros

Remote first environment, co workers are great.

Cons

I genuinely wanted to build a long-term career with the company. Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by repeated instances where commitments made by leadership were not followed through. Within the Enterprise Sales division, I observed significant leadership and organizational challenges during my time there. Communication around compensation, commission plans, and career advancement was often inconsistent. There were multiple discussions about updated commission structures, increased earning opportunities, and promotional paths that ultimately did not materialize, which made it difficult to maintain confidence in leadership. I also perceived inconsistency in how employees were evaluated and retained. It often appeared that personal relationships influenced opportunities and employment decisions more than performance, which negatively affected morale across the team. It’s disappointing because I believe the company has talented people and strong potential. I truly wish my experience at Cross Country had been different.
