Pros

- remote job - more relaxed than Big 4

Cons

Not the place it used to be. Sold out to Private Equity and the culture has changed. - Promotions aren’t about tenure, they are project specific. - Staffing determines your future not performance on non promo clients - you have to be invited to be up for promotion

Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and nice people who work hard.

Cons

Leadership in some critical areas of the biz hasn't evolved at the same pace as the company's growth -- driving great talent to competitors. DEI efforts often fall on POC employees to champion, while recruiting, retention, and leadership representation don't reflect the same commitment. A competitive salary isn't enough when the company's stated values don't match the reality employees experience.
