Pros

Having worked at the big 4, and another mid-sized consulting firm, it is safe to say that I have explored much of the geography of the the consulting world. CrossCountry Consulting is not just a firm, it is a place where you can grow, learn, evolve and most importantly, feel comfortable with being yourself. Throughout my tenure at CrossCountry, Leadership's emphasis on the core values has been impressively consistent, which has led to sustaining the incredible culture and allowing the employees to feel at home, even with the exponential growth that the company has seen over the past years. CrossCountry continues to grow, and so do the oppurtunities - which means there are endless oppurtunites to grow and advance at all levels. If you raise your hand , leadership will do everything they can to help you grow and advance your career! I have seen the growth first hand, and have had the oppurtunity to work on some of the most exciting projects of my career here. I am excited for all that is to come! Genuinely caring leadership team and core values is what makes this place special. I will always be able to call it home. p.s. The annual holiday party in December is the highlight of the year!

Cons

We should have two holiday parties each year, instead of one - Summer and Winter :)

Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and nice people who work hard.

Cons

Leadership in some critical areas of the biz hasn't evolved at the same pace as the company's growth -- driving great talent to competitors. DEI efforts often fall on POC employees to champion, while recruiting, retention, and leadership representation don't reflect the same commitment. A competitive salary isn't enough when the company's stated values don't match the reality employees experience.
