Pros

Some of the legacy culture is still here, but it is quickly being cut away.

Cons

As a result of selling out to a PE firm multiple times, management only seems to care about squeezing more margin out of the business and it is resulting is a deteriorating work environment.

Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and nice people who work hard.

Cons

Leadership in some critical areas of the biz hasn't evolved at the same pace as the company's growth -- driving great talent to competitors. DEI efforts often fall on POC employees to champion, while recruiting, retention, and leadership representation don't reflect the same commitment. A competitive salary isn't enough when the company's stated values don't match the reality employees experience.
