Pros

Reasonable hours, PTO, and WLB.

Cons

The founder left a couple years ago, new private equity took over, and the employee friendly culture slowly evaporated. Now it's just another consulting company. Not the worst place in the world, but the culture that gathered all those 5 star reviews years ago no longer exists today.

Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and nice people who work hard.

Cons

Leadership in some critical areas of the biz hasn't evolved at the same pace as the company's growth -- driving great talent to competitors. DEI efforts often fall on POC employees to champion, while recruiting, retention, and leadership representation don't reflect the same commitment. A competitive salary isn't enough when the company's stated values don't match the reality employees experience.
