Pros

I worked with a lot of great people and got tons of professional exposure

Cons

Worst leadership in consulting. Absolutely abysmal. I have never worked with more uninspiring leaders. They have the attitude of a Big 4 but the pay scale and opportunities don’t come close to matching up.

Pros

Benefits, decent pay, and nice people who work hard.

Cons

Leadership in some critical areas of the biz hasn't evolved at the same pace as the company's growth -- driving great talent to competitors. DEI efforts often fall on POC employees to champion, while recruiting, retention, and leadership representation don't reflect the same commitment. A competitive salary isn't enough when the company's stated values don't match the reality employees experience.
