      Pros

      The biggest pro is the quick rise in pay. The start was 16.00 and top out in 2 years with a raise every 3 months.

      Cons

      Down side is the first year you only have 3 personal days of leave for the whole year. Another is that you will be on a off shift for about 5 years.

      Pros

      Fantastic management, positive community vibe, everyone was invested in my learning experience and I felt very welcomed

      Cons

      tough to achieve anything in my time there due to the nature of the industry. Not their fault just the circumstance and they celebrate the smaller victories so I didn't feel discouraged
