Work is fast paced and exciting. This is one of the biggest challenges of our generation and the team/leadership is focused on making a real business out of solving this challenge. Lots of momentum as the industry consolidates resources and talent to a few winners (Cruise being one of them). Incredible potential working with GM and leveraging foothold in the Auto industry. Leadership has impressive mix of valley and industry experience - both on technical and business.
Cons
Teams are growing very quickly and the typical, the team is still working through growing pains. R&Rs continue to be ironed out internally and with external partners. Will take some time for solid foundations to be setup for long term success.
