Pros

Flexible when you need time off but then again it depends on the workload and whose silo your under.

Cons

There is no structure and without structure, it can be chaotic. There is no real HR in place. The workload doesn't match the pay. Partners are disrespectful to the associates and staff. It's all about the money--going into the partners pockets. The turnaround rate with associates should be embarrassing to the managing partners. Nobody lasts past 6 months. It's a small firm so keep in mind who you tell your business to. Benefits are terrible! Most importantly, no room for growth. Definitely a starter firm.

Pros

The Atlanta office personnel are professional, reasonable, and competent. Nothing I write in my review of the Chicago office applies to the other offices.

Cons

I worked in the Chicago office, where there is a revolving door of associates. So far, 80% of the associates have not lasted a year. I didn’t gain meaningful experience working here, had little autonomy, and was micromanaged and belittled frequently.
