Best Employer I Have Ever Worked For - Anonymous employee Cruser & Mitchell Employee Review

I am an employee with Cruser & Mitchell for 3 years now and I have to say that, by far, this is the best employer I have ever worked for. They are a firm (family) that cares a great deal about not just their employees, but their employees’ families as well. Any issues are handled in a professional manner, always. I’m sure individuals have their opinion about how partners show favoritism, but it’s not favoritism in my eyes. It’s more like, “Hey, this particular individual’s is good,” and they recognize that. At Cruser & Mitchell, they motivate with the vision or intention of the employee moving up in the company. Cruser & Mitchell is a wonderful employer to work for and grow with. The firm is continuously evolving, growing, and that’s what makes Cruser & Mitchell different.
