Pros

I hold a part-time position at Cruser & Mitchell, LLP and have found the managing partners to be very accommodating of my part-time schedule and need for flexibility. There's no micromanagement - as long as the work gets done and done well, the specifics of when and where aren't the focus. I have found the managing partners to be fair and balanced in their evaluation of both employees and ideas. They are open to change - something that isn't always the case in law firms.

Cons

Office atmosphere isn't especially warm and friendly, and finding your place as a new employee can be challenging.

Pros

The Atlanta office personnel are professional, reasonable, and competent. Nothing I write in my review of the Chicago office applies to the other offices.

Cons

I worked in the Chicago office, where there is a revolving door of associates. So far, 80% of the associates have not lasted a year. I didn’t gain meaningful experience working here, had little autonomy, and was micromanaged and belittled frequently.
