Upper management has high expectations that they know you as an employee won't ever achieve, so they set you up to fail. The physicians are allowed to treat staff poorly and without any repercussions for their behavior. Supervisors play favoritism and if you are not on their good list, be prepared for disciplinary action on things you never did. This establishment is like going to high school, it is filled with lots of drama! If you are not one of the "popular" kids then good luck, it is pure misery.
