Pros

I’ve been here two years and honestly, I love it! Crystalia Glass does hardware (glass partitions), but we operate like a tech company. The focus on cutting-edge technology, AI integration, and utilizing top-tier systems like HubSpot and ClickUp is fantastic—it keeps the work genuinely innovative and exciting. The culture is a huge plus: we have a super friendly, international team that is truly aligned on common goals. It’s an informal, good-vibe environment internally, yet we take our results very seriously. Also, having direct access to the owner and co-founder makes a huge difference; you feel valued and heard. I plan on staying for the long haul!

Cons

The rapid, cutting-edge innovation here means the pace is very high and things are constantly changing, which can be intense but keeps you on your toes, but it’s a small tradeoff for the level of excitement and growth we experience every day.
