Cons
The place has no organization. Customers would be calling and complaining (or new customers would be calling for quotes) and you'd have management tell you to just move on to the next thing that pops up. As a result, whoever called before would get their issue pushed back. Suppliers weren't happy due to unpaid bills and management would have you talk to them and tell you not to give them the phone. There were 3 managers and there was no one general direction to follow. The positive reviews were highly likely written by the owners or the secretary. I'd pass this opportunity on unless you somehow become invested in this business and are treated like a partner.
