My acquaintance with Crystalia Glass LLC came from observing their product on social networks, but very quickly I realized that this is the very company with which I would like to build my career. I became part of the company as an employee and did not regret it at all. We have a very friendly atmosphere in the team, quite a lot of freedom of choice when making decisions. The most important thing is that the company really pays great attention to the internal development of employees and all initiatives are always successful. Of course, working in a fast-growing company requires certain resourcefulness and knowledge, both from account managers and engineers, because we work with different orders and tasks of different levels of complexity. But thanks to teamwork, the experience of our employers, we always manage to find the optimal solution to the problem. Great company with a clear and fair payout system, one of the most successful places in my life in terms of earning money. Now I get a lot more than when I worked in a position without commission.

The company has no downsides, at least I have not yet met them.
