Awesome atmosphere, business casual dress everyday, open office setting, approachable upper management, bagel Fridays, semi-annual baggo tournaments, office activities, free wawa, starbucks, & petes coffee on every floor. office is 2 years old, nice interior. Good for an entry-level individual looking for an easy laid back job solely for experience.
Cons
Below average compensation & benefits package, minimal room for advancement, bias managers, horrible vacation package. No raises other than annual 2%. Extreme lack of company wide training. Incompetent employees are not fired when they should be. Managers will add tasks with no raise. Brown-nosers rise through the ranks faster than smarter harder workers.
