-You get to know your customers pretty well because your the only employee ever there. -I feel like I own the place sense I never have any help. -lots of opportunity to move up because someone is always getting fired for an unfair reason or quitting -Gas mileage Paid
Cons
Here we go…. Always alone. Never any help from your gm. Pay sucks for the amount of responsibility and skills required. (I could flip burgers at McDonald’s for more money) Things are changing as soon as you learn them Write ups for taking sick time during Covid Can’t find coverage for your store because there aren’t enough employees to cover every store so good luck with vacation time. No recognition for a job well done. Don’t go above and beyond to wow your customer cuz you get no thank you from it.
