Pros

The technicians and support staff are there to help whenever and however they can, unfortunately, there is just not enough of them. Employee discounts? (Makes it so that an overpriced piece of equipment a little less overpriced).

Cons

The brain trust at Culligan does not believe in modern day marketing campaigns. High pressure sales. Having to survey people's filthy homes. Irregular working hours (on call Mon-Sun). Office politics. Preying on retirees. Selling people products that they do not need. Forcing sales reps to ride with technicians to pull a bait and switch on customers who have requested service calls. Sending sales reps to work on installs without any training or compensation. Having sales reps 'inspect' equipment for longtime customers only to turn around and tell them that it's time for a $3,199 replacement (it's always time for a replacement). Passing the buck along is the name of the game; the last to get stuck with the knife will take all the blame for numbers not being met.

Pros

Good management and growth opportunites

Cons

I just didn’t like the location. Kinda small, but definitely seem to be growing the company.

Pros

Some hardworking and talented people, great products.

Cons

Leadership struggled to establish clear priorities and consistent accountability. The result was a highly reactive environment where teams spent more time responding to changing direction than executing long-term objectives. Employees worked hard, but recurring shifts in priorities, unclear ownership, and limited follow-through from leadership created unnecessary rework and frustration.
