Pros

-Being able to take ownership of the work you do -Mutual respect between team members -Open to new ideas and an environment to get your opinion heard and implemented -Fairly good work/life balance (work hard and play hard mentality) -Transparency from the leadership on how the business is doing -Support from your team members

Cons

-This is probably a typical startup challenge but sometimes a project needs to be executed with a limited budget but it's been rewarding to produce good results despite the budget limitation.

Pros

This is a classic start-up! Everyone is super passionate, hard working, and really wants to strengthen corporate culture. Each role here is extremely valuable and everyone's opinion counts. We are about our customers' culture, and we care about our internal culture too! This is a relaxed environment (few times do you see people in the office past 7pm) where people are happy to be at work and love what they do.

Cons

As we continue to grow rapidly, we're figuring out how to scale our people and processes to meet customer demands.
