Pros

This firm provides great benefits, and generous compensation compared to other private mid-sized companies in the same industry. Their corporate culture encourages a steady work/life balance, establishes a "hip & trendy" work environment while operating on traditional business philosophy that this company is predicated on. Overall, this firm cares for the well-being of each and every one of its employees.

Cons

Prerequisites 1) Fit in to the "big clique" and/or 2) Have connections within the firm. If you meet at least one of the aforementioned prerequisites, you are not only likely to survive the workplace politics, you will also embark on journey of ample career training and growth. If you do not meet either one of the prerequisites, your time will be efficiently spent taking your career elsewhere as the politics in this firm (or at least in your department) will essentially shun your opportunities for career growth and advancement regardless of how great you are. However if you are extremely stubborn as the poster of this review was, you can treat the unfortunate circumstance as an mental training opportunity grow a "thicker skin" and to bolster your resilience against a sea of naysayers. After all, naysayers are everywhere, and they do grow proportionally to the level of extraordinaire that you exude.

Pros

Cupertino has created a strong culture of employee success, From its outstanding employee leaders to the programs and professional growth opportunities it offers, CEI continually shows how much it values its people. The company's commitment to developing and supporting fosters an environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.

Cons

Not many cons here at CEI. But if I had to add one, it'd be more to do with the hiring process. At times we need personnel to be onsite sooner but the process and approvals tend to take a lot longer than normal places.
