      Pros

      The chef was amazing and makes great food for clients and you can sign up for the paid meal plan & enjoy the good food.

      Cons

      Low pay, understaffed so the staff they do have are always overworked. They are always hiring because people are always quitting.

      Pros

      I love my coworkers, nurse manager, and director of nursing. I also appreciate how well Curawest is organized. The nurse staffing ratios are excellent, and the company (Guardian) gives holiday and nurses week bonuses! I am only part-time now, so I can't speak to the benefits, but I am very happy at Curawest.

      Nurse to patient ratio, shift begins a 0600 and 1800.
