Working at CuraWest - Case Manager CuraWest Employee Review

I love my coworkers, nurse manager, and director of nursing. I also appreciate how well Curawest is organized. The nurse staffing ratios are excellent, and the company (Guardian) gives holiday and nurses week bonuses! I am only part-time now, so I can't speak to the benefits, but I am very happy at Curawest.

No cons that come to mind at this time.

Great team, good training, management is supportive and encouraging.

Nurse to patient ratio, shift begins a 0600 and 1800.
