Pros
Supervisors and co workers are amazing. You will get the help you need and get to grow as a scientist.
Cons
Corporate side of things are awful. Company could not care less for you as an individual. Health insurance/401K benefits are pretty bad - expensive and not good coverage. Vacation time is ok. You get 3 weeks to start, then 4 weeks after 3 years but nothing more than that (even if you work there 20+ years). IT/payroll/HR are barely helpful, can take days for a simple issue to be resolved.
