It is always our goal to try to balance our employees' needs and respond to feedback to better our employees' experiences, but we are sorry to hear this was not your reality. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years, there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry.
We also understand that strong leaders are at the foundation of any successful organization and in an effort to rectify less than positive sentiments, we have taken a heightened focus on leadership development through seminars, focus groups, and training and we will continue to do so moving forward.
