Pros

Great environment to learn protocol and professional work guidelines. Was able to apply what I had learned in class in the laboratory environment to create and complete various experiments.

Cons

Limited space and instruments allow you to only do so much far as experiments but faculty have off campus facilities you can travel and complete work at.
