Pros
working at curve has been incredible. i've been in big tech and startups - curve is the perfect balance between scale and impact. i truly believe that very few companies offer you the ability to have a broad scope while being big enough to make a difference on the business. this is phenomenal for career development
also, the leaders here are awesome (even at the exec level) and really do develop people by both challenging and supporting them. processes are fair. lastly, on the product dev team, the leaders are very technical and actually good at their craft, so they're able to make reasonable strategy decisions
very nice and brilliant colleagues in all of the departments i've worked with. many have long tenures, which speaks to the culture
Cons
i'm fully remote and wish that there were more opportunities to meet people in person - maybe an annual offsite or something. this really isn't a problem though, just something that would be ideal
