Good people, respectful, not a blame game atmosphere, tons of holidays, able to work from home, occasional perk like a Padres game

Cons

Need to ask permission to go to another country, not allowed to use marijuana, could use more team building exercises. Compensation is on the lower end

The Government is shifting from labor-based support contracts toward companies that offer proprietary, outcome-driven solutions. If Cydecor fails to transition they won't last much longer.
