This is a great atmosphere for veterans and government inclined professionals. -Work Hard Play Hard Mentality -Trending toward the good side of DOD Contracting

-Limited managerial experience and loose infrastructure. -Processes are managed on an individual basis with no defined steps. -Self-Study to be successful, no implementation of work place processes. -Going through growing pains of a startup firm, at times can be disorganized.
