You work on a lot of really great programs and with really great people

Cons

The amount of leave you get is very minimal, there’s no profit sharing, the contribution to your 401k is the standard. Overall there is nothing that makes this company any better than any other.

The Government is shifting from labor-based support contracts toward companies that offer proprietary, outcome-driven solutions. If Cydecor fails to transition they won't last much longer.
