Pros

Amazing place to work. Cyware has well-defined mission and vision with completely charted out roadmap. I joined in 2021 and now working at Cyware for more than 10 months, i can see how meticulously they have built this organization.

Cons

Nothing major. Cyware is a hyper-growth startup and always in aggressive mode towards achieving its goals.

Pros

-Pay is great -People on my team were great

Cons

-A lot of late night work(India based working ethics) -Everything is developed in India and the US is only there for face of US restricted customers. -Company has no proper goals/roadmaps -Communication is basically non existent(Its mostly done through whats app/in person) and everyone in the US is remote. -If company does bad US employees are first to go. -US employees are thought of last(Had a hackathon and US employees had to work then go into the hackathon leading to a 24+ hour day).
