Pros

Not many other than learning new processes between softwares.

Cons

One owner that not only has said to not go to the other, slightly more grounded owner for anything. This one particular owner, let's call him MC, enjoys changing job descriptions. It's guaranteed you will end up doing other tasks you didn't sign up for. Not only that, but MC seems to have an explosive temper that he tries to keep under wraps, but you can see in his facial and body language when he is trying to control it. There are current employees that's must like this type of abuse since I've heard this temper released many times. I got to the point that I had an anxiety just hearing him enter the office. Not worth my health and time. Don't beleive me? Look at their website with all the open positions. They aren't growing, they can't retain employees!

Pros

I’ve been with D-Line Constructors for many years and have had the opportunity to grow into a high level leadership role. What has kept me here is the constant chance to learn, develop, and contribute to projects that make a real impact. The company offers exposure to challenging, complex construction work, which is invaluable for anyone looking to advance their career. There’s a strong emphasis on teamwork, quality, and doing things the right way. If you’re motivated and eager to take ownership of your work, you’ll find plenty of opportunities here.

Cons

The owners set high expectations, and the pace can be demanding. But those expectations are also what create the opportunities for growth—if you embrace the challenge, you’ll succeed.

Pros

I’ve been impressed by the commitment of the ownership and leadership team to building a strong foundation for long-term success. They’re investing significant time and energy into creating systems, and accountability structures that give employees the tools they need to succeed. The owners are building a team-oriented culture that supports growth, development, and operational excellence. Their core values are the foundation to being the most sought after trade contractor (1)Put the Cherry on Top – We exist to serve our customers, our coworkers, and our community. We take pride in our work. We go the extra mile. (2)No Bulls*&t – We don’t overpromise. We build trust. We honor commitments. We stand behind our work. (3)Dig In – We work harder.
