Pros
DBR is a family. Competitive salaries, great benefits, and opportunity for growth.
I began my career as a designer, worked hard and quickly advanced to a design engineer position and then became a project manager. DBR has been able to offer me a wonderful career and I am very grateful.
DBR has seven office locations in Texas and continues to explore opportunities to expand and create advancement for its employees.
The projects at DBR are more diverse than what any other MEP firm offers. Projects range from small tenant build out projects or equipment replacements to 600,000 square foot new office buildings or $417 million dollar manufacturing facilities.
Whether you are attending a DBR social event, happy hour, golf outing, or competing on the softball or bowling team, there is always something exciting to participate in while working for DBR.
Cons
Training has been a concern in the past. Management has listened to its employees and has developed its training programs, educational binders, and department meetings to help improve employee training.
