Thanks for your feedback. We are disappointed to read about some of your experiences at DBR. We are committed to creating a challenging, rewarding and fun environment for our employees. We consider all feedback and we are continuously looking for ways to enhance the employee experience. We launched a mentor program recently that includes more hands-on training for employees. In addition, we still have the onsite seminars and meetings available to our employees to assist with gaining knowledge and training. So our commitment to recognizing the hard work of our employees continues. Many of our employees started their careers with our company and have been with us for many years and DBR is dedicated to offering paths for career development and advancement. As we continue to grow and expand, we are optimistic even more paths of opportunity will be available to our employees and we're excited about the future possibilities in store for both DBR and our employees.

What you described, does not match our intention of being a dynamic place to work. DBR is an established company that has experienced a strong growth over the past few years which gives our employees opportunity to stay busy and challenged with their workload. With that said, while we pride ourselves in being a hardworking company, DBR does support a fair work-life balance and we encourage employees to enjoy this. We have implemented a variety of changes since your tenure and we continuously search for ways to improve the employee experience. We value and consider all feedback and will evaluate your comment as we continue to develop methods to improve as we grow.
