I’m sorry to hear that our efforts are not meeting your expectation, but I’m thankful you took the time to share your feedback. At DBR we strive to maintain and grow the small company culture that made DBR a great place to work. As of late 2016, we have two new cross-functional teams working towards keeping company culture as a top priority. As a result, multiple internal communication initiatives were rolled out, one being “Appreciation Moments” which encourages leaders and colleagues to carve out a moment to appreciate positive qualities, behaviors and contributions. We have many longstanding employees and we're always welcoming new talent to our team, so we feel optimistic with the ideas we have for improving company culture and morale.
