There are good training programs and they reward you as you improve yourself. You have a chance to work on several different types of projects and the people are very friendly. They have a cultural committee that keeps up a friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Sometimes they get really busy and it get a little hectic but its a big company so you can find some help.
