What you described, does not match our intention of being a dynamic place to work. DBR is an established company that has experienced a strong growth over the past few years which gives our employees opportunity to stay busy and challenged with their workload. With that said, while we pride ourselves in being a hardworking company, DBR does support a fair work-life balance and we encourage employees to enjoy this.
