Pros
DBR values employee development, work/life balance, company culture, and has been improving diversity. They provide internal training and pay for professional organization memberships so employees can continue their education outside of the firm. They care about their employees and are always coming up with new ways to reward and give recognition. Whenever I have had concerns or ideas in the past, I did not feel any hesitation to bring them up to leadership, and they have made changes and improvements based on the suggestions of employees. Coworkers are knowledgable and willing to help, train, and mentor less experienced staff. I feel good about the work we do and enjoy the people.
Cons
I can't think of any cons of working here. My team as well as others get very busy and I know some departments are a little overloaded, but I think they are trying to hire more people to fill those positions. Seems more like an industry problem rather than specific to DBR.
