Great work environment Take in entry level and fine with training on the job

Cons

The pay is very underpaid. There are many hazards on the job yet nothing close to hazard pay while working the wage as a fast worker even with a degree and experience. Very understaffed but would rather hire a new position than give employees a pay raise.

To be honest there isn’t many pros about this place. The best thing is probably the few coworkers I like and maybe the night shift differential

Cons

They do not care about safe staffing at all. We have lost almost 20 employees just on nights since our new manager took over and they say our productivity isn’t enough to hire. Yet we have 7 nurses on night shift and they refuse to pull from days. The pay isn’t enough to live off of which is part of why I can’t leave right now. They do nothing to take up for us and would rather take the doctors side than speak up. They turn a blind eye to nurses who literally endanger patients but yet will give us a coaching for the wrong shoes.
