Pros

Great work environment Take in entry level and fine with training on the job

Cons

The pay is very underpaid. There are many hazards on the job yet nothing close to hazard pay while working the wage as a fast worker even with a degree and experience. Very understaffed but would rather hire a new position than give employees a pay raise.

Cons

Short staff. Expect to be burned out quickly. Unorganized. Won’t be able to use PTO because of lack of staffing. Not worth the amount of money they pay
