Pros

6 holidays off with paid, no weekends, flexible schedule

Cons

low pay, overload work, not value their nurses, only care about their customers ( agencies ), not enough/thorough training, as a result nurses are the ones to take the fault when something happens. By second week you’re already on your own. Also, manger waits too long to respond to text/call when new nurses need help. HR lady is a big help though, but she’s not the manager

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at DDN. I am sorry that your experience wasn’t positive. I can assure you that your feedback has been heard and addressed. Since the date of your review we have retrained all of our employees who are in any Managerial position on how to better support their team. We have set clearer expectations on for the manner new Team Members are supported. Additionally we have made a few changes to the Management team to address the issues you raised. We have changed our training so more of it is done in our office under the direction of our Clinical Director. Thanks again for your feedback.
