      *Convenient office location *Affordable food *Good benefits HMO, easy to apply for leave, convertible leave credits

      Cons

      *Need to work overtime on top of 8.75 hours of regular duty. *Management is not good in some department *You cant use your phone during work *Bad office ambiance, no sunlight or any natural light. *Salary is average *No formal training what so ever, you will grow on your own

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
