      Good Facility for automobile development.Lots of learning opportunity.

      Cons

      Management is bad.Most of the decisions are taken by the Japanese. Indian managers are just nodding to whatever told by denso Japan. work life balance is not good. 6 days working.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
