      Pros

      Being a Japanese company, DENSO has lagged behind some of its U.S. Competitors as far as work life and benefits. Over the past couple years, the company has made great leaps to improve on this, from salary adjustments to work from home policies.

      Cons

      Some groups still are very set in their ways and have a difficult time listening to outside ideas.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
