Lower than market starting pay. Bonus amount is dependent on your immediate supervisor. Your prospects in the company depends on your attitude and the influence of your immediate supervisor within the organization. Too guided by vision, resulting in inflexibility. No willingness to upgrade IT infrastructure (Still using MS Office 03 when I was there). Conflicting logic at work (on one hand, trying to keep costs low with limited pay, on other hand, sending more expats to local office for training)
