Pros
Good, solid company. Never afraid to sell a DENSO product, as quality is a DENSO strength. DENSO has offered consistent employment with excellent (now good) benefits.
Cons
DENSO is not competitive on salary. Management style is not to deal with poor performance. Instead, poor performers are put to the side while others take up the slack. Not a good company for women, as there is limited opportunity. Very much controlled by parent company in Japan.
