      Pros

      Management allows for a good work-life balance. Ability to move throughout the company is always available and EXPAT options are also available for various commodities.

      Cons

      Some commodities require communication with Japan locations and there can be a few difficulties that come with this; mostly with minor miscommunications lost in translation and confusion with document exchange.

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
